On Saturday, Dad helped us to make an ANZAC poppy wreath. We used an egg carton to make the poppies.
We stuck them on a piece of cardboard that we had coloured in green. I made a sign with Dad that says Lest We Forget. This means that we won't forget the soldiers who fought and died in the war so that we can live freely.
We put the ANZAC wreath and sign in our window. On Saturday it's ANZAC day so we will get up at 6am and remember the soldiers.
