Sharing our Statistics learning

This term we have been learning about Statistics. We can make a simple graph to show information. Today we worked with a buddy to sort some maths equipment and make a colour graph. We also added labels and a title to our graph.

What makes us special?

This week we have been thinking about what makes us special? We have been learning to recognise that we all have things that we are good at. Many of these talents are unique to us!

We watched this Sesame Street video about 'What makes you special?' and then we made our own video to share with you. We hope you enjoying seeing some of the things that Room 2 are good at. We are a talented bunch of friends!

Heart Foundation NZ Visit

Today Sophie from Heart Foundation NZ visited St Bernadette's. She taught Room 1 and 2 about our heart and how we can take care of it. We learnt about fruit, vegetables and other healthy things that can go in our lunchboxes. We had fun running really fast and then feeling our heart beating hard!
